Hello family! Welcome to the second interview in this new section of the blog in which, as we told you a few days ago, we want to discover how Instagrammers reconcile their personal and professional lives with motherhood.
Today is the time for a mom who defines herself as a romantic and a dreamer, a true explorer of beautiful things. We are in love with her 2 little ones. We introduce you to María the woman behind @justmumit and we leave you in her company…
Maria:I had always had a very romantic idea of pregnancy. And in my case with the first one, I had some complication and they made me rest for a long time. The second was totally different, not only because I had the previous experience but because there was a baby (in my case a year and a half) who needed me, so you no longer have all the time in the world to "contemplate your little belly" .
M: As I was telling you, in my case the fact of resting for a long time “forced” me to change the rhythms of my life and above all to make a decision about work. At that time I traveled a lot and my husband even more. We finally decided to make a radical change and I took a leave of absence. Around that time I met a friend, we were both taking care of our little ones and we wanted to set up an event organization business. When we were already launched…. My second little one knocked on the door! So all my plans were turned upside down again!
M: 100% YES! Motherhood, hormones, sick leave… Everything together makes you feel like a super woman and very empowered to be able to launch yourself with a personal project. I suppose there is a part of the personality of each one that influences. In my case I have always had a thousand ideas in my head, a thousand businesses to set up and a thousand parties to celebrate.
Now that the little ones are older (5 and 3 years old) I am working on a new business idea that I hope to be able to tell you about very soon! For now you can follow my resolutions on Instagram and on the blog.
M: Go ahead! That if you have been able to set up a secure business, having a baby will not be a problem for you. Being a mother is the best experience in the world and I think that all women who want it have to live it.
L&L: Maria, it was nice meeting you. Obviously we could talk to you for hours but we'll leave it here for now. Before we say goodbye, tell us who you would invite to be the protagonist of the next publication of “What is behind the insta of @…
M: I would invite my friend Roser from @minimoi, she is an entrepreneur and a 100% mom
L&L:Here we go!!
Well family, we have reached the end of the interview with Maria. A mommy who reinvents herself all the time and just reading it makes you want to start doing things. Have you been left with the same intrigue as us about their current projects? Well… we will have to follow her closely to catch all the clues that she gives us there. So 1st step go to her insta @justmumit and start following her if you haven't already and please come home later to share your experiences. We want to know if you have had to experience a complicated pregnancy, a total change of course, an undertaking. We care about everything and it is also that without knowing it, you are sure to encourage other women.
We start the trip in search of Roser, we were spying on her a bit (shhhhh) and we are already on a cloud dreaming of so many beauties. A family kiss, until next time!
P.D.: Come read the interview with Míriam from @la_pequena_valentina, she opened the interview section and tells very interesting things too. Bye 😉
